**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)**

**Job Description:**

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
